4 Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order
- Order confirmation via email does not guarantee product availability
- We accept payments through approved payment methods (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, COD where available)
- All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways
- For COD orders, an advance may be required for high-value items
- Orders may be cancelled by us if the product is out of stock, pricing errors occur, or for suspected fraudulent activity
5 Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, product availability, and logistics
- We deliver across India. Remote areas may have extended delivery timelines
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation
- Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control
6 Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
- Products may be returned within 7-15 days of delivery (varies by category)
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all accessories and tags intact
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product
- Defective or damaged products can be returned for a full refund or replacement
7 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and the overall design, is the property of KAB IT SOLUTION or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
